Jason Hardman is an Executive Director, Head of the UK Living Sector and a member of CBRE’s Senior Leadership Group. Jason has more than 30 years’ experience across multiple real estate sectors and has provided strategic and valuation related advice to a broad range of participants and sectors. For more than 15 years he has focussed on the Living Sector providing advice to investors, lenders, operators, developers and property companies. Sectors covered include co-living, build to rent, single family housing, large scale developments, strategic land, masterplans, prime central London and affordable housing. Jason is responsible for driving our growth in the Living Sector working across Capital Markets, Land, Sales & Lettings and Affordable with our Living sector experts who are embedded in our multi disciplinary business to build and maintain relationships with the key clients in the Sector. From January 2025, Jason started 3 year term on the Governing Council of the RICS and is also an active member of both IPF and BPF Living Sector Groups.
