Previously, Laura-Jayne was Director of Operations at Society, a co-living start-up providing design-led apartments, and a Regional Operations Manager at Greystar, responsible for a large, mixed-asset portfolio. She has extensive experience in delivering assets across BTR, PBSA and co-living, covering design, mobilisation, and delivery of operational excellence, as well as driving standards in operational optimisation and ensuring business plan delivery. LJ was the first employee at Outpost and has built the Operation from the ground up.
